Board; relating to background checks for persons applying to operate                                                            
marijuana establishments; relating to the offense of minor consuming;

offense; relating to the effect of the revocation of a driver's license for                                                     
a minor consuming offense on a motor vehicle liability insurance                                                                
policy; relating to the membership of the Board of Barbers and                                                                  
Hairdressers; and amending Rule 17, Alaska Rules of Minor Offense                                                               
Procedure" which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2654).
